Psychotherapy works
Danish and foreign research shows that psychotherapy has a long-term effect on stress, anxiety, depression and other mental strains.

On this page you will find different forms of therapy and directions, which form the framework for how I work.
However, the therapy will always be adapted to your problem and the challenges that you experience.

I offer individual assessment that is the basis for outpatient psychotherapy, emergency crisis help, individual therapy, couples therapy and psychological counseling.
​
I offer shorter and longer courses in both Danish and English.
